When we first received this sunshade, it looked bulky and hard to handle. But we were surprised to find it easy to place and remove and looks like it will last a long tine.

I’ve used this for a few months now. It saved me a lot of pain in the summer with the 10 windows and black paint. Yes, it is huge but that’s because the windshield is huge. If it came folded, if would probably lose it’s integrity in the middle. Speaking of which, mine is starting to sag in the middle now. Would be nice if it had some kind of support although supergluing a little rod up and down the middle would fix that problem. I just roll it up and throw it in the back seat. Maybe use an antennae so you can retract it and fold it in half for those needing it to be folded?

This is the only sunshade that I am aware of that fits the huge windshield in the Honda Fit. Excellent quality well worth the price.

It’s not Heatshield’s fault that this item needs to be so large–the new model Fit’s windshield is huge. However, it would be so much quicker to use if it FOLDED, rather than unrolled. Some clever engineer could figure out how to fold it in half horizontally and then into quarters or fifths vertically–then it would be fast to install and wouldn’t take up so much room in the car when not in use. That said, the product does make an acre of shade and works great.

It does the job well and the materials are quite good. Be sure to remove this before someone else gets in the car. Since I drive the car by myself most of the time it’s not that bad…
